- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or internship, with a focus on learning and contributing to HR strategy.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management, with the ability to analyze and present HR data to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with Labor Law and employment equity regulations, and a desire to deepen knowledge in HR compliance.
- Strong HR administration skills, with a focus on supporting employee lifecycle processes and contributing to a positive employee experience.
- Exposure to payroll practices and HRIS systems is a plus, with a willingness to grow technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
