Job Summary

The **Application Access Governance (AAG) Sales Director** will serve as a key member of the Revenue Team, leading key sales aspects of our AAG strategy for the Americas sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales presentations, training, and developing sales staff to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product and product marketing teams to develop the overall strategy for our AAG line of business, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with technical engineering and implementation teams to package the based product into a complete solution for customers, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
  • Analyze target market segments and design positioning and value propositions for each use case and focus area, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop a unified messaging framework for internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency and clarity in our sales approach.
  • Work with the sales team to understand gaps in solution and product areas and collaboratively work with the product management and engineering teams to close the gap, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Design and implement campaigns, programs, and events that drive adoption and customer success, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Own and craft content for channels including documentation, training, web, social media, and events, ensuring high-quality and engaging materials.
  • Work with Sales and PMM to finalize pricing and positioning for solutions, ensuring alignment with market conditions and customer needs.
  • Scale go-to-market efforts through internal enablement activities, empowering sales teams to succeed.
  • Speak publicly at Company events, customer, and partner events, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
  • Drive the product and solutions strategy for customer advisory board (CAB) for strategic customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work with engineering and feature product managers to reduce friction points that slow down or prevent customers from adopting the solution, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Solution Management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Highly preferred: experience with Segregation of duties, standard control frameworks, and security models of key ERP, EHR, CRM applications.
  • Experience of break the glass type of scenarios, with a strong understanding of identity and access management.
  • Domain expertise in products related to Identity and Access Management, GRC, Privileged Access, and Third-Party Management.
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, technical and market research skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • MBA or Master's Degree in Computer Sciences or an equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in business and technology.
  • Track record of turning ambiguous ideas into products and delivering cloud services, with a focus on customer satisfaction and success.
  • Provable and documented track record of taking ownership and driving actual business results, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
