Senior Director of Application Access Governance

Saviynt is a leading identity authority platform that powers and protects the world at work. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Application Access Governance to join our team.
Job Summary:The Senior Director of Application Access Governance will be responsible for leading key sales aspects of our Application Access Governance (AAG) strategy for the Americas sales team. This role will involve leading sales presentations, training and developing sales staff, working with product and product marketing teams to develop the overall strategy for our AAG line of business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead sales presentations and training for sales staff to drive business conversations and presentations through the entire customer lifecycle to maximize revenue.
- Drive profitable subscription revenue growth in a purposeful way by assessing and improving upon current AAG partnerships, creating and executing short and long-term partner strategies.
- Propose and implement necessary adjustments to optimize performance and build/refine the infrastructure to facilitate ambitious and exciting growth.
- Train and enable field Sales Directors on business use cases, key competitors, market drivers, etc.
- Work closely with marketing and product organizations to create a strong and collaborative partnership that will ensure success in competitive positioning, market awareness, and execution.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Solution Management.
- Highly preferred: experience with Segregation of duties, knowledge of the security model of key ERP, EHR, CRM applications such as Oracle EBS, Workday, EPIC, Salesforce, etc.
- Domain expertise in products related to Identity and Access Management, GRC, Privileged Access and Third-Party Management is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, technical and market research skills, and a track record of turning ambiguous ideas into products and delivering cloud services.
As the Senior Director of Application Access Governance, you will be responsible for owning the Saviynt Solution for the Application Access Governance product, which deals with Governance Risk and Compliance for critical applications such as SAP, EPIC, Oracle EBS, Workday, Salesforce, etc. You will collaborate with SMES and product owners for other Saviynt Solutions, develop go-to-market plans for solution areas and use cases within Saviynt, and work closely with technical engineering and implementation teams to package the based product into a complete solution for customers.
You will also work with Product Management, Customer and Partner feedback channels to develop scalable/repeatable products and solutions, analyze target market segments and design positioning and value propositions for each use case and focus area, and develop a unified messaging framework for internal and external audiences.
Additionally, you will work with the sales team to understand gaps in solution and product areas and collaboratively work with the product management and engineering teams to close the gap through roadmap and release cycles, work with PMM teams for Competitive Analysis, design and implement campaigns, programs, and events that drive adoption and customer success, and measure and communicate results.
You will also own and craft content for channels including documentation, training, web, social media, and events to put go-to-market plans into action, work with Sales and PMM to finalize pricing and positioning for solutions, scale go-to-market efforts through internal enablement activities, speak publicly at Company events, Saviynt Converge, customer and partner events, and drive the product and solutions strategy for customer advisory board (CAB) for strategic customers.
Finally, you will work with engineering and feature product managers to reduce friction points that slow down or prevent customers from adopting the solution.
What You Bring:We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Director of Application Access Governance who brings a strong track record of driving business results, turning ambiguous ideas into products, and delivering cloud services. You should have 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Solution Management, with a strong background in Identity and Access Management, GRC, Privileged Access and Third-Party Management.
You should also have a strong written and oral communication skills, technical and market research skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
