We are currently seeking Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representatives to contribute to our Servicing Center. This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate in establishing a premier servicing organization for our expanding portfolio of Powersports loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage approximately 80 inbound and outbound calls daily.
  • Process payments over the phone.
  • Conduct outbound interviews with customers.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries via online chat.
  • Assist customers with common concerns related to their powersports loans.
  • Achieve monthly productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations governing collections and servicing activities.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required (some college coursework preferred) with ideally two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan environment. Experience in collections is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience in a dynamic setting is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use web-based record systems (LoanPro) - Training will be provided.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves both phone and chat interactions. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, which may include overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays; a strong work ethic with minimal unscheduled absences and punctuality is essential.
