We are currently seeking a Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to enhance our Servicing Center operations. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a premier servicing organization for our expanding portfolio of Powersports loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls daily.
  • Process customer payments over the phone.
  • Conduct outbound interviews with customers.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries via online chat.
  • Assist customers with common concerns related to their powersports loans.
  • Achieve monthly productivity and quality targets.
  • Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations governing collections and servicing activities.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required (some college coursework preferred) with ideally two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan environment. Experience in collections is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience in a dynamic setting is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize web-based record systems (LoanPro) - Training will be provided.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as the role involves both phone interactions and chat communications. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation, with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, which may include occasional overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays; integrity and a strong work ethic are crucial, with minimal unscheduled absences and consistent punctuality.
