  • Make outbound calls to repossessed accounts to collect payments
  • Receive inbound redemption calls from customers
  • Make suitable arrangements with customers who are currently past due
  • Identify accounts that require management review
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients
  • Maintain required standards set by the department
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (90% of communication will be done in Spanish)
  • 1+ year of AR/Collections/Payment Processing experience preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service in a call center environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
