Compensation: $24.83 / hour, commensurate with relevant experience

Position Overview:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a team within a designated area, showcasing and imparting advanced knowledge of operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the formulation, execution, and assessment of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance, oversight, and performance evaluations for team members, focusing on productivity and quality standards. Act as a positive role model to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Help coordinate services, prioritize tasks, and encourage effective decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Fulfill the duties of the underlying role, offering support and direction to team members in managing complex or unique challenges.
In this role, you will be expected to utilize critical thinking skills, demonstrate sound judgment, and operate with minimal supervision. The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and take appropriate actions is essential.
