Qualifications:

  • Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
  • Capable of lifting 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).

Key Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a team that plays a crucial role in shaping the guest experience.

  • Recruit, train, and manage members of the Housekeeping team.
  • Oversee linen and supply inventories.
  • Assist Housekeepers in preparing units for cleaning.
  • Conduct inspections, reclassify units as clean, and mark them ready for guests.
  • Report maintenance issues as they arise in accordance with company policies.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours, dress code, and company appearance standards.
  • Inspire your team and consistently model a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor with guests, customers, and colleagues.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow safety regulations and procedures.
