Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee a team of dedicated individuals who contribute to the guest experience.

  • Recruit, train, and manage members of the Housekeeping team
  • Oversee linen and supply inventories
  • Assist Housekeepers in preparing units for cleaning
  • Inspect units, reclassify as clean, and mark ready for guests
  • Report maintenance issues as they arise in accordance with company policies
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours, proper uniform, and company appearance standards
  • Inspire the team and consistently demonstrate a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor with guests and colleagues
  • Build strong customer relationships
