Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a firm commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and orderliness.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and Improve Processes: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize housekeeping operations and enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain knowledge of Marriott's brand and service standards, and ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and adhere to these standards.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong relationships with housekeeping staff, front office staff, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field, with a strong emphasis on training and team supervision.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and delegation skills are also essential.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college course work in a related field is helpful.
- Competitive Compensation: $20.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
