As a Learning Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Global Training Administrators in utilizing our global Learning Management System (LMS). Your expertise will ensure that our training resources are effectively managed and that our LMS operates smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential support and guidance to Training Administrators and end users regarding our global LMS.
  • Assist in the administration of training materials, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of various training types and implementation methods.
  • Facilitate the setup of e-learning courses within the LMS, including uploading, testing, and rolling out new content.
  • Generate and distribute standard and custom reports, as well as dashboards, to enhance training visibility.
  • Address both simple and complex LMS issues, exercising independent judgment and initiative.
  • Manage inquiries and service requests through our Support Portal, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external LMS vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about the latest LMS features and functionalities, sharing insights on how they can meet business needs.
Your Profile:

We are looking for proactive and self-motivated individuals who thrive in both independent and team settings. A passion for talent development and learning is essential.

You should possess:

  • A solid understanding of training coordination and workflow processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working with IT systems and global learning management systems in an international context.
  • A global perspective, with an interest in diverse cultures and virtual environments.
  • Reporting skills to ensure data quality and accuracy.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Communication, or a related field, along with 3 to 4 years of experience in a Training Department with an LMS, is preferred.
