Job Title

Quantam Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to provide essential administrative support to the Employee Relations and Training Branch (ERTB). This position plays a crucial role in overseeing training operations and supporting internal staff and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training content, including storyboards and surveys, for various training programs.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the ERTB Administrative Branch Manager and team members.
  • Facilitate and coordinate training events, including room reservations and participant communication.
  • Create and update internal documents, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  • Develop and proofread outbound correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the design and facilitation of training sessions, including logistical support and learner assistance.
  • Manage tasks in the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Learning Management System (MyPURPOSE), ensuring precision and adherence.
  • Update departmental websites and SharePoint sites with relevant information.
  • Train learners using various delivery methods.
  • Actively seek and complete professional development opportunities.
  • Adhere to all federal/Finance and Administration Cabinet (FAC)/DOR rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage ERTB purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and tracking.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Forms, Teams).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Responsiveness to virtual communications while working remotely.
  • Ability to adapt training approaches to meet the needs of different audiences.
