Job Title: Retail Banking Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Banking Specialist to join our team. As a Retail Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and providing expert advice on personal banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in personal banking, providing advice and guidance to customers on a range of products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives, identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships and increase sales.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of personal banking products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
