  • Oversee departmental QA/QC/PM and Quality Improvement initiatives, ensuring excellence in patient care.
  • Participate in CAP inspections, maintaining accreditation standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in blood banking, with a focus on type and screen, inventory management, and advanced antibody identification.
