Position Overview:
This role is essential in providing continuous technical assistance, with Level I focusing on foundational support and Level II delivering more sophisticated solutions. Both levels report directly to the IT Manager and are eligible for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary contact for staff requiring technical support
  • Conduct both on-site and remote troubleshooting for diverse IT challenges
  • Oversee and manage the IT support ticketing system
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Aid in the development and upkeep of automated scripts
  • Install, configure, and sustain hardware, software, and networking devices
  • Manage asset recovery and refurbishment of equipment
  • Provide support for company VOIP and video conferencing tools
  • Contribute to documentation and enhancement of processes
  • Respond swiftly to IT incidents and notifications


Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MacOS, iOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and cybersecurity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-driven with robust problem-solving skills
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline preferred but not mandatory
  • Over 3 years of pertinent work experience
  • Advanced understanding of network management and VOIP systems
