Role Summary:
The Client Support Specialist is responsible for managing daily administrative functions and providing essential support to the Client Support Department. This position plays a vital role in overseeing office operations, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring departmental performance objectives are met.
Key Duties:
- Oversee front desk operations and assist with customer inquiries.
- Serve as a backup Customer Service Representative, managing occasional calls and client communications.
- Act as the primary liaison for office vendors, ensuring service delivery and resolving any issues.
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
- Oversee multiple centralized email accounts for the Client Support Department.
- Assist with daily reporting and follow-up tasks.
- Monitor and report on service levels for new customer setups and support credit and rebill processes.
- Provide administrative assistance for ERP and CRM systems.
- Support order processing, including communication with customers and internal teams from order entry to billing.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative and customer service roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and order management processes.
- Knowledge of supply ordering, vendor and customer communication, and email management.
- Proficiency in Outlook and basic Excel skills.
Additional Information:
- Type of Employment: Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
- Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Remote on designated days, in-office on others
- Dress Code: Business casual
- Onboarding Requirements: Background check and drug screening required
