Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our software products. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, documenting client interactions, and resolving technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Aperia software products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Document client interactions and transactions, including client complaints and resolutions
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to maintain a seamless experience for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of software applications and technical systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
