Client Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain an updated internal content management system for client benefit program management
* Coordinate with internal and external resources when needed for implementation and maintenance of client benefit programs
* Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to process efficiency
* Assist both internal and external team members/clients in resolving application issues
* Act as point of contact and liaison between internal and external teams as needed
* Maintain deep knowledge of business rules and application capabilities for our lines of business, ensuring the teams' decisions and designs fall within acceptable limits
Requirements:
* Proven experience working in business operations or sales operations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Power BI, SQL
* High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
* Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
* Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
