Senior Client Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day client inquiries, including data reconciliation and validation, data delivery and logistics, and mathematical calculations within the context of client servicing.
- Lead bi-weekly/monthly client calls and present KPI and metrics to senior-level decision makers.
- Prepare billing reports based on clients' contractual schedules, including trend and profitability analysis for senior management and finance.
- Process client information in WSO Admin, investigating discrepancies when necessary.
- Review system-generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of facilities and handle exception items.
- Interact with clients to gather information and details to accurately reflect in the system.
- Experience working in a high-pressure client-facing role.
- Experience project managing or coordinating technology and business delivery as a team player.
- Experience working with Asset Management or Data Technology in Support, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Scrum Master roles.
- Proven ability to think critically and challenge the status quo for better results.
- Organized, able to multi-task, and have a positive attitude to achieve deadlines.
- Self-starter with an attention to detail.
- Adept at building and maintaining trusted and credible relationships with colleagues at all levels and external clients.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Direct experience of WSO or Syndicated Loan Market would be an advantage.
- Experience liaising with senior stakeholders.
