  • Order project or department supplies and maintain a well-stocked supply cabinet.
  • Publish and distribute department bulletins throughout the project office and field.
  • Assist in distributing incoming and outgoing documents throughout the office and field.
  • Stay up-to-date on project departmental systems, services, and process improvements, procedures, and practices.
  • Assist in preparing routine or preformatted documents using standard word processing, spreadsheets, or other project databases.
  • Process procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist in producing logs and reports relevant to assigned area of responsibility.
  • Assist in gathering information for project field supervisor(s), departments, and project field personnel as requested.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project databases.
