Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including responding to phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  • Manage employee data, including processing payroll changes, tracking leave, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and providing orientation.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, including preparing documents, making copies, and filing.
  • Respond to unemployment claims and other HR-related matters.
  • Assign and track reserved parking spaces.
  • Coding absences in Leadtec.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR department or high-paced environment.
  • Bi-lingual speaker (English and Spanish) required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Overtime may be necessary during peak periods.
  • Must be detailed and deadline-oriented.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn other related tasks.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

The HR Administrator will work in a fast-paced office environment, requiring the ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods. The role also requires occasional lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds.
