Carter BloodCare is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team at the HEB Donor Center in Bedford, TX.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to collect blood donations from volunteer donors. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with our team to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for donors.

Responsibilities
  • Collect blood donations from volunteer donors
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient blood drive
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of general work experience
  • OR comparable education in the medical field
  • Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills
  • Motivated to become a designated van or CDL driver through company-sponsored programs
What We Offer

  • Starting rate of $18.00 (can increase with previous phlebotomy experience)

  • Mobile differential after training - $2.00/hr
  • CDL driver - $3.25/hr
  • Van driver - $8/day
  • North Dallas Location Premium - $1.50/hr
  • Shift differentials
  • Bilingual (Spanish) differential (must pass testing) - $2.00/hr
