Job Overview

The role of the Customer Service Representative is to deliver exceptional support to Parker Hannifin's valued clients through various online inquiries, collaborating with production facilities, and addressing daily operational challenges to ensure success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Input orders into the system, confirm accuracy of data, coordinate with shipping as necessary, and maintain documentation.
  • Provide prompt and precise responses to client inquiries.
  • Serve as a mediator to facilitate communication between clients and production teams.
  • Manage order modifications or cancellations, ensuring timely communication with relevant departments or clients.
  • Maintain a close relationship with Manufacturing to guarantee that delivery timelines are realistic and adhere to on-time delivery standards.
  • Engage in training sessions, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee customer service accounts of moderate complexity to meet departmental objectives and fulfill client expectations.
  • Ensure the effective management and oversight of assigned customer accounts.
  • Interpret client requests, monitor service performance, address complaints, and negotiate pricing and discounts within established parameters.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting department to investigate financial discrepancies.
