Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, orders, and support. Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience and maximize satisfaction. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction level and promptly address any concerns or issues.

Sales Support

Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques to acquire new customers. Utilize various channels, market research, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to generate leads and convert them into sales. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our lifelike flower arrangements. Work with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Business Development

Identify opportunities for business expansion within your assigned territory and develop ideas with TSM. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Attend companywide trainings, offsites, trade shows, and conferences to expand your professional network and promote Floral Image North America's offerings.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum High School/GED Degree. Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred. Valid driver's license with clean driving record required. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment. Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory.
