As a Program Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Crafting essential project documentation
- Leading stakeholder discussions to gather insights
- Extracting requirements from various stakeholders
- Conducting and participating in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
- Monitoring and communicating project progress
- Reporting and communication management
- Managing risks and issues
- Overseeing project scope
- Implementing enterprise change management strategies
- Creating comprehensive business cases for projects
- Executing additional project management duties as required
The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and integrating cross-functional information technology initiatives that hold significant importance and impact.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 48 months of experience leading projects in domains such as Human Services, Law Enforcement, or Justice, from the definition of requirements to deployment, including schedule management, scope, budget estimation, and implementation plans, with a focus on risk mitigation using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- At least 48 months of experience facilitating discussions with both internal and external stakeholders, including executives, business users, and developers.
- A minimum of 48 months of experience in developing Enterprise Change Management strategies and activities aimed at preparing and supporting individuals in adapting to changes in business processes, systems, technology, and organizational structures.
- 36 months of experience leading elicitation sessions with executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts using various information-gathering techniques such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, and business modeling.
- 36 months of experience as a Program Coordinator on a Human Services Case Management application that manages workflows, case lifecycles, activities, and stakeholder communications.
- 36 months of experience contributing to the development of PMO standards, processes, and internal controls, including the establishment of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
- 36 months of experience facilitating project retrospectives and evaluating project outcomes to foster continuous improvement.
- 36 months of experience working within State Government environments.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, or Education.
- A communication-focused certification (e.g., counseling, mediation, education).
