The Role
This position is integral to our operations, focusing on the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.

As a leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we prioritize innovative solutions that enhance the treatment of heart arrhythmias.

The Manufacturing Process Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the Manufacturing team, ensuring efficient production operations, optimizing current processes, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of machinery and tools, addressing any equipment issues or process parameters that lead to product non-conformance or quality concerns.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Research and Development teams to seamlessly integrate new products or processes into existing manufacturing workflows.
  • Initiate and execute technical projects aimed at developing new or enhanced products and processes to align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to effectively communicate findings.
  • Analyze and resolve challenges using foundational engineering principles, applying innovative approaches to complex problems.
  • Develop expertise in a specialized field, becoming a recognized authority and applying this knowledge in leadership capacities.
  • Incorporate business policies into task execution, understanding both company and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain a network of internal and external resources to facilitate task completion.
  • Guide and mentor new engineers and team members, sharing technical knowledge and providing constructive feedback.
  • Lead project teams, setting clear goals and objectives while providing support to less experienced staff.
  • Plan and prioritize daily work to meet established timelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: Master's Degree.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience with a solid understanding of the functional area.
- Technical knowledge and application of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
