Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support critical success factors and continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Provide oversight of root cause and corrective action programs to ensure timely and effective resolution of quality issues.
  • Monitor trends from key metrics and drive improvement using quality tools and systems to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Provide oversight of technical audit programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate and support the setting and updating of product specifications to meet customer requirements.
  • Manage and improve documentation of processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Provide oversight of implementation and maintenance of the quality training program to ensure employee knowledge and skills are up-to-date.
  • Research and champion the implementation of new quality technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Maintain oversight of data analysis to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Work experience in a manufacturing quality environment or plastics injection molding.
  • Professional quality certifications (ASQ, QAI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in advanced computer software.
