About the Position

This role involves providing administrative support to our Project Managers, ensuring accurate and compliant project setup, conducting contract and document support, communicating with stakeholders, managing administrative documentation, and performing general office duties.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, strong communication skills, familiarity with MS Office and other business software, excellent time management skills, and a client-focused approach to problem solving.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other business software
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
