IT Project Administrator for Large-Scale Integration

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Administrator to support our large-scale integration program. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring deliverables, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Issue and Risk Management: Identify, document, and track project issues and risks. Develop mitigation strategies and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue/risk logs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and risks.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring that agendas are set, minutes are recorded, and action items are tracked.
- Resource Management: Assist in allocating and managing project resources, ensuring that team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with project objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for project management and infrastructure processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
