Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our team of B2B Sales Account Executives. In this role, you will focus on driving sales performance, building strong team relationships, and providing hands-on supervision.

Key responsibilities include monitoring sales metrics, overseeing campaigns, coaching team members, and motivating Account Executives to exceed targets. You will play a critical role in achieving sales goals while fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management and clients to develop business plans aligned with the company's growth strategies.
  • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, fostering a culture of success through talent development, coaching, and continuous training.
  • Develop strategies for acquiring Mid-Market business and achieving sales targets for clients.
  • Create detailed, accurate sales forecasts and consistently monitor quota attainment on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Manage customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to build customer programs and ensure alignment across Sales, Solutions, and Program Success teams.
  • Lead the implementation of client plans across multiple products and platforms.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of pipeline development, forecasting, and sales cycle management, while encouraging teamwork and sharing best practices.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth by leading and motivating your sales team.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and integrate strategic efforts into the overall operations of the team.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant business matters.
  • Manage staff performance through annual reviews, coaching, and decision-making related to hiring and termination.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven success in a B2B/B2C sales environment, with a strong track record of achieving results.
  • Expertise in strategic problem-solving, project management, and team leadership.
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience, with a hands-on leadership approach.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to apply creative thinking to the sales process.
  • In-depth understanding of digital programs and the ability to clearly explain key elements to clients and stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of digital products and applications.
  • Ability to think strategically, develop action plans, and present them effectively to senior management.
  • Capacity to learn and articulate complex product concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • High level of initiative and a strong sense of urgency.
