Job Title: Quality Director

At PMX Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating activities of Process and Quality Engineering groups to drive process development and optimization, productivity and yield improvement, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of Quality Engineers to develop and optimize manufacturing processes and establish equipment capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Production and Production Control managers, and Sales and Marketing groups to direct and accomplish quality initiatives.
  • Interface with customers, internal or external, to establish and maintain in-process and final product acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate investigation and resolution of product nonconformance, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Monitor internal and external quality trends, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and team problem-solving efforts.
  • Act as ISO: 9001 Management Representative and administer customer complaint system and manage RMA disposition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; and 7 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with ability to plan, organize, and monitor budgets.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with ability to plan work and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to communicate in English for all business/job-related transactions.
