About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist patients with a smile, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient attendance, and handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate effectively with staff members.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions to ensure seamless operations.
