ROLE OVERVIEW

The Member Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and fulfilling experience for our members and guests. This includes fostering personal connections, warmly welcoming members, providing clear and concise information, organizing gym equipment, and upholding cleanliness standards throughout the facility.

The MES team also emphasizes membership sales, upgrades, and conducting gym tours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exhibit kindness and support towards guests and members.
  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and deliver accurate information.
  • Assist with membership sales, upgrades, personal training consultations, and training registrations.
  • Relay member feedback to management to improve the overall member experience.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and service within the facility.
