About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Onboarding Specialist to join our go-to-market team. In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver our Fieldguide Accelerator program, designed to provide best-in-class onboarding and quick time to value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build trust with customers through regular engagement cadences, from sales handoff to value realization.
  • Create personalized plans to help customers achieve their goals with implementing Fieldguide, adapting plans as necessary to track progress.
  • Cultivate customer champions, growing their knowledge of Fieldguide and promoting its benefits.
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and Fieldguide's cross-functional teams, communicating customer needs to inform product roadmaps, internal processes, and future onboarding iterations.
  • Identify and mitigate success risks, developing decisive action plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer case studies, success metrics, and adoption maps to demonstrate the value provided by Fieldguide.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 2+ years of experience in audit, assurance, or advisory services, preferably with exposure to financial audit. The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting skills, hands-on experience in technology consulting, and project management proficiency. They should be able to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects, and requests with minimal direct oversight. Executive presence and influence are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive compensation packages, including a salary range of $100K - $135K, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide unlimited PTO, 401k, wellness benefits, technology reimbursement, and flexible work schedules.
