Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to engage new customers via phone, email, and text to guide them through the onboarding process and account activation. This role will involve educating customers on product benefits, including cost-saving features and ways to maximize value.
The ideal candidate will assist with account setup, resolving common setup issues such as PIN entry and initial login. You will provide consultative support to ensure customers understand how our product meets their business needs.
You will also monitor customer progress and send reminders to encourage first-time use. Collaboration with internal teams is necessary to escalate issues and improve onboarding processes.
This role requires a positive and proactive approach in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience working closely with customers in account management, customer success, onboarding, or similar capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Based in LATAM.
- A stable internet connection and reliable computer setup are required.
- Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.
- A positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Estimated Salary: $20-$25 per hour.
