About the Position:

The Client Development Specialist (CDS) will collaborate with the post-sales account management team at CrowdStrike to enhance customer cross-selling and upselling initiatives. CDS professionals are trained to master the nuances and tactics of account management. They will implement multithreaded outreach strategies that incorporate direct engagement, nurturing campaigns, and social selling aimed at securing qualified meetings with key decision-makers. Our team receives exceptional sales training focused on Sandler and MEDDPICC methodologies, with the goal of evolving into quota-carrying sales professionals within 12-18 months.

This position is hybrid and requires in-office attendance multiple times a week. Candidates must be within commuting distance of their designated office.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement targeted campaigns primarily focused on CrowdStrike products not currently utilized by the customer.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Account Managers to develop strategic customer account plans through regular account mapping sessions.
  • Collect and document strategic account intelligence, including channel partnerships, technology alliances, and competitive spending outside of CrowdStrike.
  • Follow up with customers from high-priority events.
  • Act on marketing-driven inbound activities from customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an outbound prospecting environment.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
  • Background in Account Management.
