Core Responsibilities:

The primary role involves promoting The Brothers that just do Gutters services to potential clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers while driving profitability for the business.

  • Generate leads independently, in addition to utilizing company-supplied leads.
  • Attend all scheduled estimates punctually.
  • Provide pricing for new opportunities within 48 hours following the onsite assessment using company production rates.
  • Respond to incoming calls professionally within 8 business hours.
  • Differentiate products effectively during the sales process, helping customers understand the value of our superior offerings.
  • Sell the company's services competitively by identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and crews by visiting each sold job at least once.
  • Implement consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids, ensuring clarity on all proposals.
  • Focus on targeting and marketing the most lucrative projects.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet established sales objectives.
  • Maintain a closing rate of at least 40%.
  • Develop a strategic prospecting plan aimed at lead generation.
  • Engage in networking activities to build business relationships and promote the company.
  • Utilize the company CRM to maintain an organized workflow.
  • Set and achieve goals related to sales volume, closing rates, and gross profits.
Communication:
  • Foster regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel to develop effective business growth strategies.
  • Uphold the company's reputation for integrity and professionalism through timely and respectful communication with customers.
  • Ensure all relevant job information is communicated to crew leaders as needed.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with crew leaders and team members to stay informed about job statuses.
  • Communicate positively and respectfully with all employees.

  • Exhibit positive leadership in all interactions with employees.
  • Attend all meetings punctually.
  • Commit to working the necessary hours to fulfill all duties effectively.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new systems to enhance the company's profitability and organization.

  • Participate in planning for company growth and development, supporting the company mission through active involvement in initiatives.
