The responsibilities of a Parts Counter Sales Representative include:
- Articulating the features, benefits, and warranty information of parts.
- Promoting heavy-duty truck parts within the parts showroom.
- Informing customers about companion part requirements and our complete product offerings.
- Providing price quotes and additional product information.
- Building relationships and delivering quality customer service with urgency.
- Assessing the availability and lead times of parts.
- Collaborating with warehouse staff to fulfill customer orders.
The qualifications for a Parts Counter Sales Representative include:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary and must be maintained.
