Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting system analysis and managing user accounts
  • Resolving hardware and software challenges

  • Creating and deploying software updates
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ CE or a higher certification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • ITIL Foundation v4 or above
  • Microsoft 365 Certification
  • Modern Desktop Administration Associate certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows 10
  • Experience in a Department of Defense setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
