We are seeking a highly skilled Training Technician to support the mission of the USAACE G3 and training brigades. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of training development and analysis, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to the Faculty and Staff Branch by compiling and consolidating information/data to finalize training development reports and decision papers.
- Assist in the planning, development, coordination, implementation, and management of aviation training programs and studies in support of the USAACE training mission and objectives.
- Prepare course completion documents for all Training Division courses and control input to data base of both official student records and instructor evaluation records.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in training development and analysis.
- Strong professional, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer operations and software.
