About the Role

glassybaby is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to develop and execute a wholesale and partner marketing strategy. This role will be a key contributor to the company's growth and success, and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale accounts, real estate affiliates, hotel and hospital affiliates, and collegiate promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wholesale Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with real estate affiliates, hotel and hospital affiliates, and collegiate promotions.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to target new markets and expand existing ones.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7-10 years of extensive sales experience in retail and wholesale, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners. Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
