Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Therapist to join our team at East TN Behavioral Health. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide psychotherapeutic services to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions to promote positive behavioral change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as case management and discharge planning
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy services, adhering to facility and professional standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • One or more years of experience working with similar patient populations
  • Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers
  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification
