Job Title: EmPATH Master's Level Program Coordinator

Join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center as a Master's Level Program Coordinator for our EmPATH program. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing non-hospital facility-based services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.

Job Summary:

The EmPATH Program Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks, including reports, scheduling, and training. You will provide supervision to designated employees and ensure clinically appropriate activities are occurring on the unit. This role requires a Master's degree in a health-related field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work, with experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision to designated employees
  • Ensure clinically appropriate activities are occurring on the unit
  • Complete documentation of client care in compliance with policy and procedure
  • Meet with designated employees at least monthly for clinical supervision
  • Provide direction to front-line staff to ensure quality care and treatment
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a health-related field
  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring diagnoses
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Basic computer skills for email, timekeeping, and documentation in the electronic medical record
