Job Summary

We are seeking highly qualified Master's level therapists/counselors to join our team in various locations throughout East Tennessee. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and populations, including adults, children, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat clients with mental health and substance use disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide group and individual therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work)
  • Valid licensure as a therapist/counselor (e.g. LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • Experience working with diverse populations and age groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
