At Helen Ross McNabb Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Level Coordinator to join our EmPATH team. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will play a vital role in providing short-term treatment and stabilization services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.

Job Summary

The EmPATH Master's Level Coordinator will be responsible for administrative tasks, including reports, scheduling, and training. You will also provide supervision to designated employees, clinical direction, and on-call support as needed. Additionally, you will facilitate referral-related activities, complete assessments and therapy as needed, and ensure clinically appropriate activities are occurring on the unit.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a health-related field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work. You must also have experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring diagnoses, preferably in a crisis setting. Additionally, you will need to be certified in verbal de-escalation techniques and have a valid driver's license.
