We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Level Liaison to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a key member of our school-based team, you will play a vital role in providing counseling and liaison services to children and families in the Knox County School System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions to support the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents.
  • Provide advocacy, linkage, and referral services to ensure seamless coordination of care and support.
  • Participate in IEP and other school-related meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in a school-based setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
