We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Level Liaison to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a key member of our school-based team, you will play a vital role in providing counseling and liaison services to children and families in the Knox County School System.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions to support the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents.
- Provide advocacy, linkage, and referral services to ensure seamless coordination of care and support.
- Participate in IEP and other school-related meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and progress.
- Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in a school-based setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
