FCS, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Master Level Therapist/Counselor to join our team in providing mental health services to clients in the Knoxville area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health services to clients in out-patient settings and crisis services
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions with clients
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
