Position Overview

Warrior Insurance Network is expanding its Claims Management Division.

The Casualty Claims Supervisor will oversee the Casualty Claims team, ensuring adherence to state regulations and effective claims investigation. This role involves monitoring productivity, fostering staff development, and maintaining high-quality standards for assigned claims.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide the Casualty Claims Unit.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of files and diaries to ensure compliance with documentation standards and fair settlement practices.
  • Authorize claim files based on factual investigations and approve settlements within designated limits.
  • Analyze reports and assist in developing procedures that enhance claim resolution and customer service.
  • Implement and oversee processes to ensure operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify training requirements and facilitate programs to meet the developmental needs of the team.
  • Collaborate with staff on litigation matters related to claims.
  • Formulate and manage cost-effective defense strategies.
  • Identify and propose enhancements for system-related issues.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including:
    • Assigning new claims and providing direction.
    • Recruiting and selecting candidates.
    • Setting and monitoring performance objectives.
    • Conducting performance evaluations.
    • Preparing necessary reports.
    • Reviewing files for payment approvals exceeding adjuster authority.
    • Leading unit meetings.
    • Addressing Department of Insurance inquiries.
    • Managing claim activities related to customer questions.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auto liability claims and supervisory roles.
  • Experience managing litigated personal auto claims for at least 5 years.
  • Strong technical and administrative expertise in auto claims management.
  • Ability to work autonomously on technical and administrative issues in line with company policies.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to pass required written examinations to obtain a claims adjuster license.
