Position Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative

Role Summary:
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at Enlightened, Inc., you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance via phone. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound calls with promptness and professionalism, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service to enhance overall customer satisfaction. This position demands exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm (8-hour shifts)
- NO WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED
