We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Financial Relationship Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Your goal will be to accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed while building strong relationships with them to meet their financial needs.

This role requires a deep understanding of the financial and life priorities of our clients, connecting them to solutions that meet their financial goals. You will execute the bank's risk culture, adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, and grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, knowledge of financial services industry products and solutions, and a proven track record of sales success in a salary plus incentive environment. A bachelor's degree or business-relevant associates degree is required, along with six months of cash handling experience and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive client experiences, manage cash responsibilities, and work in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24.00 - $25.96, paid bi-weekly. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not eligible for incentives.
